Job Overview:-
We are seeking a Workday HCM ERP Architect with deep technical and functional expertise to lead the architecture and implementation of end-to-end Workday solutions. The ideal candidate will have a track record in architecting scalable Workday HCM environments, integrating with legacy systems, and delivering across key Workday modules.

Responsibilities:-
• Serve as the lead architect for Workday HCM implementations and solution design
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Payroll, IT) to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Oversee and execute data migrations from legacy systems to Workday HCM
• Design and implement integrations between Workday and third-party systems
• Guide configuration and delivery of key HCM modules including Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, Time & Labor, Recruiting, Compensation, and Absence Management
• Ensure alignment with Workday best practices and certify system stability post-deployment
• Provide expertise across the hire-to-retire lifecycle

Required Qualifications:-
• 8+ years of experience as a Workday HCM Architect or in a similar role
• Workday HCM certification required
• Minimum 1 recent full life-cycle Workday HCM implementation
• Demonstrated experience delivering multiple HCM modules.
• Strong understanding of both technical and functional aspects of Workday
• Experience with legacy data migration and Workday integrations.
